Within our minds
Using logistical, semantical reason
Will chase IT from where it hides
Wars cannot stop it
Death will encourage it
For from the ruins
Come flowers
From the flowers
Begins the True Circle

Colleen,
Yes the answers do lie within our minds as thoughts are more than what we truly understand.
Our thoughts are powerful enough to help us manifest our desired results. Yet so many people discount their thoughts as private and never leaving their bodies or brains–not exactly true if you believe in Quantum Physics.
I represent author Susan Hanshaw’s upcoming book “Inner Architect: How To Build The Life You Were Designed To Live.”
Here is a sample of the idea of “thoughts”

Dean and Susan,
Thank you for your intuitive comments. In reading your post at http://innerarchitect.wordpress.com/2008/
04/25/the-7-habits-of-a-conscious-
I found a kindred attraction. The 7 habits are a wonderfully profound list. I’m sure the “Inner Architect”…” project will benefit many souls in need. Indeed!
The only lacking information would be of practical instruction to the reader.
Here’s my .02–
Steps To Concentrated Focus:
In this modern world, we’ve lost touch with the ability to understand our environment. To work within the System, rather than reacting to it — one must “slow down to speed up”.
Step One
Meditate at least 10 minutes a day. Free from distractions & noise.
Step Two
Repeat tomorrow
With repeated, daily calming, one is able to achieve a more mindful state — enabling a practiced awareness of thought.
Bright Blessings,
CLP

Colleen,
Thank you for the kind words and encouragement! We wholeheartedly agree that meditation aka concentrated focus is such an important element to awareness and life.
The idea that slowing down will speed up our lives is very true. If we allow ourselves quiet time it should be a daily necessity and not a luxury as so many perceive meditation.
Colleen would you consider reviewing Susan’s upcoming book “Inner Architect: How To Build The Life You Were Designed To Live” when it debuts in June?
Thanks again!
